A. Yes, you can still expect your order to be dispatched on time. Right now, deliveries are still being booked as normal. However, we are keeping within the government guidelines, so this could change in the future. All our deliveries are made with APC and as such have been subject to some delay. Where possible, we will endeavour to move the dispatch date forward.
A. Yes, your product is still safe for you to handle. We are following strict measures to uphold the safety of our staff and customers. All staff are equipped with hand sanitiser and antibacterial cleaning products and are regularly washing their hands. All equipment is being thoroughly cleaned after each loan and we are taking extra cleaning precautions, including sanitising all contact points regularly. Due the equipment being handled by our courier service, we strongly recommend thoroughly washing your hands after opening your package.
A. Yes, we will still deliver to your home.
A. Customers are no longer obliged to sign for APC orders. The parcel will be placed on the doorstep, the driver will step back to a safe distance and then take the consignee's name as proof of delivery.
A. Again, the courier driver will operate a safe distance policy. After announcing his presence, the driver will stand back to a safe distance, the parcel can be placed on the door step for the driver to collect, once the consignee has stepped back to a safe distance.
